Martin is an energy consultant with over 40 year experience in energy management, initially working in the brick manufacturing industry at an operational level and then for 33 years in consultancy.
In that time Martin has acquired an in-depth knowledge in energy efficiency across a wide range of industrial processes, including steam boiler plant, and commercial building services applications.
Martin specialises in combined heat and power (CHP) schemes, from small reciprocating engine based units to combined cycle schemes rated at 10’s of MWe, including conventional gas and bio-fuelled applications. Projects cover feasibility studies for new and replacement schemes, CHPQA support and investigative studies into poor plant operation.
Carol is a BREEAM Communities Assessor, BREEAM AP and a member of the Academy of Urbanism, with over 35 years of experience in sustainable land and natural resource management, sustainable transport and communities.
She is a qualified ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor with experience in supporting corporations to review and improve their resource efficiency, carbon, waste and water management.
As a trained facilitator, Carol also works on awareness-raising and capacity-building projects, using focus group, on-line surveys and participative approaches to develop stakeholder and community engagement for positive planning outcomes.

Marion has climate change communications experience with Climate Outreach. She is an experienced project manager with expertise in compressed air systems and related energy saving and safety issues.
Chris has ten years experience of delivering bespoke utility procurement solutions for business in multiple sectors including automotive, manufacturing and retail.
He has built up a wealth of knowledge of utility supply contracts, purchasing strategies and negotiating contract terms, all to ensure the best possible rates for businesses.
